Making online purchases doesn't offer the same tangible experience as seeing an artwork in a gallery or shopping in a store.  We are aware that it can be hard to determine whether an item is right for you, so we are happy to answer questions about any of our artworks before you make a purchase. Returns

Regular Priced Artworks

By Silvana LaCreta Ravena will accept returns for regular priced items within 14 days of the order date for refunds. All goods must be unworn and in perfect condition. 

Sale items

All reduced price sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Clients are responsible for return shipping charges.

Please note that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods.
