This pair of earrings is made of red, sepia and black fragments of my sculptural paintings encased in resin, with copper wire decor and backing. The earrings beads are half-moon shaped, approximately 1.5 inches long, each piece is approximately 2.0 inches long (including the back), wire is approximately 01mm thick, and earrings weight less then 1/4 oz. The encaustic fragments are my precious stones, they are jewels of a different kind.
